The RCM Directors Award is chosen through nominations by Heads of Department and the RCM Administration Team, who put forward a student demonstrating strong dedication, a positve attitude, and commitment to their music education and the RCM community. The final recipient is selected each year through a voting process amount the nominees.
The staff of Flynn Sprake Financial Planning are also dedicated supporters of the school of St Jude in Tanzania and have sponsored a student and a teacher at the school for many years.
